-Volví muy contento de Encarnación porque llevarse la victoria en una clase superior a la que estaba acostumbrado como es las RC2 y cuando uno está recién empezando, no es cosa de todos los días. Iba descubriendo cosas a medida que transcurría la carrera, pero otra cosa que me da mucha alegría es que yo notaba que íbamos mejorando especial tras especial a bordo del Ford Fiesta.
-Después de esta buena actuación en el Rally TransItapúa, ¿qué esperás de las fechas siguientes?
-La verdad es que no se discute que me faltan varios kilómetros por hacer todavía arriba del coche, pero al haberse dado en el sur un gran resultado, sin dudas uno va a la próxima cita con más confianza.
-¿Te quedó algo pendiente?
-Quizás no anduvimos todo el tiempo tan rápido como me hubiera gustado, pero el triunfo en mi división compensa cualquier otro balance que pueda hacer de este comienzo de temporada.
